  • Gastrointestinal bleeding

    Bleeding anywhere between the throat and the rectum. 

  • Gastrostomy

    A surgical opening into the stomach to enable feeding. 

  • Gastrostomy feeding (also tube feeding)

    Provision of nutrition and fluids via a tube directly into the gastrointestinal tract. 

  • Goal attainment

    Rehabilitation goals for particular tasks are set by the patient and therapists together.
